Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom harnesses (all setups are unique)
- Opened, used, modified, marked, or installed products
- Electronics or batteries (including injectors, fuel pumps, gauges, sensors, etc.)
- Sale items
Return Policy:
- Within 15 Days: Full product refund**
- 16–30 Days: 20% restocking fee**
- Over 30 Days: No returns**
- Damaged, Stolen, or Lost Packages: Handled on a case-by-case basis
- Warranties: Provided by the manufacturer only
The return period begins when you receive your item and ends when OHM Racing receives the returned package.To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer (if different from us).If you have installed or used the product, it cannot be returned. Consider selling it on a car forum, Facebook, eBay, or a similar platform.
OHM Racing Custom Harnesses
These harnesses are custom-tailored for you and are non-returnable and non-refunded.
At OHM Racing, we strive for perfection, but errors may occur, or selected options may be missing. In these rare cases, you can return the harness to us, and we will make the necessary corrections at no additional cost.Our mission is to provide a “Plug & Play” experience for hard-to-find platforms. This means you won’t need to strip wires or crimp terminals. However, depending on the platform, you may need to swap a few connectors from your old harness. These are typically internal connectors, which should be in good condition for reuse. This swap is straightforward, but if you’re not confident or prefer to wait, you can send us your old harness, and we’ll handle it at no extra cost!
Why Reuse Some Connectors?
We source hard-to-find or discontinued connectors globally, but some platforms we support are 30–35 years old, and certain connectors may no longer be available. Terminals are often used across multiple brands and models, making them easier to source. This allows us to provide a harness where you can de-pin connectors from your original harness, plug them into the new pins, and you’re set!
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days (varies by bank).
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to post. Next, contact your bank, as there may be additional processing time. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at contact@ohm-racing.com.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same product, email us at tonytech@ohm-racing.com.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, mail it to: 3584 Rocking J Rd #200, Round Rock, Texas 78665.
You are responsible for paying return shipping costs (unless the error is ours). Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Depending on your location, the time for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.For expensive items, consider purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
