Custom-Built Tefzel Wiring Harness for Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VIII & IX (2003–2006)

This is a fully custom, hand-crafted replacement wiring harness specifically engineered for the Evo 8 and 9 platform. Built from the ground up using premium Motorsport-grade materials, it replaces your factory harness with a lighter, more durable, and cleaner solution that’s perfect for street, track, high-power builds or Motorsports. Every wire is cut, stripped, crimped, and terminated in-house for quality control.

• Tefzel (ETFE) Wire Throughout: Motorsport-spec Tefzel-insulated wire.
  – Extremely lightweight (up to 30–40% lighter than stock harness).
  – Rated for continuous 315°F+ operation (short-term 400°F).
  – Superior resistance to fuel, oil, coolant, abrasion, and vibration.
  – Smaller outer diameter for a tighter, better-looking install.

• High Quality Terminals & Connectors: OEM-style or upgraded gold-plated pins where needed. All connections are double-crimped, and protected with adhesive-lined heat-shrink for waterproofing and strain relief.
