This includes state-of-the-art automated wire processing equipment, enhanced crimping stations with digital force monitoring, improved ergonomic fixtures for flawless routing and termination, and expanded quality-control checkpoints throughout the assembly process. These enhancements minimize human variability, ensure tighter tolerances, and further elevate the durability and performance of our custom harnesses building on our already uncompromising standards.

In addition to these facility upgrades, all 2G DSM 95-99 Eclipse Fuse-box Relocated Harnesses now feature robust upgraded headlight wiring specifically designed to support aftermarket headlights without voltage drop or overheating issues. We’ve also addressed the major OEM fusebox bottlenecks by integrating our own modern mini fusebox, completely eliminating the bulky/outdated factory fusebox. The stock grommet/boot is no longer required, every harness includes a CNC mounting plate that can be passed through from inside to outside when the quick-disconnect option is not selected. All this improvements at no extra cost to you!
